NeuroNetIQ works on technical systems, proprietary information, engineering data, and commercially sensitive client discussions. We take confidentiality, controlled access, and practical security seriously from the start.
NeuroNetIQ Ltd is a UK-registered engineering software and technology company. We work across software development, engineering systems, offshore technologies, consulting, and IP creation.
We understand that serious buyers need more than a polished website. They need confidence that technical information will be handled properly, access will be controlled, and commercial engagement will be conducted in a disciplined way.
Our approach is to maintain practical, scalable controls appropriate to our size and stage while building toward stronger formal assurance over time.
Confidentiality
Client information, engineering discussions, and technical materials are treated as confidential. NDAs can be provided where required.
Controlled access
Access to systems, project materials, and sensitive information is limited to those required for delivery. We do not aggregate client data for secondary uses.
Security by design
Internal processes are built around controlled credentials, secure hosting practices, and disciplined handling of technical assets and client data.
Commercial clarity
We prefer defined scopes, visible pricing, and structured engagements that reduce misunderstanding on both sides.

NeuroNetIQ collects only the information needed to run enquiries, discovery calls, diagnostics, pilots, and project delivery.
Where clients share technical information, design context, or commercially sensitive materials during an enquiry or engagement, that information is treated as confidential and handled within the agreed project scope.
We do not use client technical information as a general-purpose data asset. We do not use client design data or project information to train AI models, benchmark against competitors, or for marketing purposes. An NDA can be provided on request before any technical discussion.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
Not at present. The current focus is on maintaining a practical security baseline, strong confidentiality handling, and a staged compliance roadmap that matches customer demand and business maturity.
Can you work under NDA?
Yes. For technical and commercial discussions involving proprietary information, that is entirely appropriate.
Do you handle sensitive engineering information?
Yes. We assume from the outset that technical information may be commercially sensitive and handle it accordingly.
