About
NeuroNetIQ is an engineering systems intelligence company. We build three platforms — LoomLab for asset twins, SpatialIQ for project worlds, SurveyIQ for survey and inspection operations — used independently or stacked, alongside systems consultancy for industrially complex platforms. Software is the delivery mechanism; engineering domain knowledge is the value.
Mission
To make complex engineered systems more transparent, more reliable, and more maintainable through purpose-built software and rigorous engineering practice.
How we are different
Everything we build starts with understanding the physics and operational context of the system it will serve. Software is the vehicle; engineering domain knowledge is the engine.
We design for facilities, platforms, vessels, and unmanned systems where models must survive real constraints — not lab demos. Ask us what we have shipped vs what we are scoping with you.
We work on fewer engagements in greater depth. Our value is technical credibility and implementation quality, not headcount or geographic spread.
Leadership

Mark
Founder & CEO
Founder & CEO of NeuroNetIQ and every company and brand under the NeuroNetIQ umbrella — including LoomLab, SpatialIQ, SurveyIQ, and Cortex. NeuroNetIQ was established in 2024 to bridge deep domain engineering knowledge with the software systems needed to deploy it at scale. Capability spans complex electrical architecture, marine and offshore systems, hydrographic and geodetic workflows, subsea metrology, embedded networks, and digital twin platforms — tooling that engineering teams use in the field, not only in the lab.
Technical Capability
Core engineering disciplines we bring to every engagement. We do not claim to do everything — we focus where domain knowledge and software delivery genuinely intersect.
How we engage
A deliberate path from first conversation to sustained twin ownership. Each stage is independently useful — expand only when value is proven. Twin builds start from £15,000 for design and single-asset twins and from £35,000 for full equipment twin programmes — confirmed in a written SoW after diagnostic. Project scenes, inspection campaigns, and platform licensing are scoped individually. Full methodology.
Direct technical conversation about the system, constraint, and commercial objective. No generic sales deck — we decide together if a paid first step makes sense.
You receive
A clear read on fit: whether the problem is electrical twin, survey/software, multi-domain architecture, or something we should decline. Agreed candidate scope for a diagnostic if warranted.
Complimentary
Book a discovery callPaid engineering on one real scope: power margins, interface gaps, configuration drift, or workflow bottlenecks. Generates value even if you never proceed further.
You receive
Scoped model or technical review of one live system; prioritised risks; written recommendation on pilot, build, advisory — or stop.
From £3,500
Request a diagnosticFixed-scope delivery you can put in front of engineering and commercial stakeholders — proof the approach works on your system, not a slide. Scales from a single design twin to a complete equipment twin.
You receive
A validated digital twin of your system: design and single-asset twins (a vehicle harness, a vessel, a UAV) from £15,000; full equipment twin programmes with physics validation, telemetry, and lifecycle maintenance from £35,000. Confirmed in a written SoW after diagnostic.
From £15,000
Request a twin buildProject-scale twins: whole sites, fleets, and inspection programmes where every campaign compounds the asset model. Priced to the asset and programme — talk to us.
You receive
Multi-asset project scenes and worlds, survey and inspection campaigns with repeat-inspection trending, platform licensing (LoomLab, SpatialIQ, SurveyIQ), white-label options, and embedded engineering advisory.
